    I am thankful for Omega 3 supplements. I call them my "fishy pills." I suspect my DH calls them his lifesavers. LOL. But boy-oh-boy what a difference they have made in my life! Depression be gone!!!!

    I am thankful for the rain we got on Monday and Tuesday, and thankful the sun is out today, and there is a nice breeze going thru the trees. I love the sound of the wind rustling the leaves on the trees around my house.

    Also thankful for the new leaf thats grown on the red maple my dh and ds planted in the spring time. Looks like the tree has grown a few centimeters and has sprouted a brand new red leaf (so noticeable as the leaves on the tree are really dark red, and this one is like a fire engine/candy apple red!

    I`m thankful for my annual theatre date with a friend. We saw 9 to 5 at Grand Bend. I don`t usually like musicals but it was a fantastic show!

    Did not realize that 'fishy' vitamins had such an impact on depression!! Gonna have to try a few of my DS's!!
