I made sandwich fixings...but for my sandwich I made toasted bread one side with ranch dressing, lettuce, cheddar cheese, pan fried garlic sausage, bacon then sauteed onions and mushrooms then mayo on the other side of the bread. It was delicious.

I am not off work until 8pm, so it will be another late supper.
We are having burgers, tossed salad, and asparagus with a cheese sauce. My fiance is making most of it. I will be stopping at Sobeys right after work to pick up the missing ingredients.

It was Pillsbury Pizza Minis and a quick spinach salad tonight.
I'm exhausted and have strep throat It was the best I could do.
On that note, I wish someone could take care of my kids for the day while I lie in bed, resting, while taking copious amounts of vitamin C and antibiotics.

today feels like a big salad kind of night but my stomach will possess me by 4 or 5PM and dinner could end up as anything. I'll check this thread a couple times a day, drawing inspiration.

Aw, sorry you are sick! Ship your kids here, I'd love to have them!
Last night supper - baked crunchy chicken; white and wild rice (Artic Gardens, only made edible by adding the chicken drippings from baked chicken breasts, which I also made at the same time for sammies for my son); potato salad.
Tonight - ground pork rolls - have to decide on sides, yet. Probably a garden salad, but not sure on potato/pasta idea yet!
