    Price: $599.99
Cheers, Tommy--did get one--have been watching Twitter and Facebook for details--did NOT get a message, but was reading this site--so if you believe the MRSP (round to $500), I got 20 cents per AM spent.

Guess I'll have to go to Safeway and get another code

Guess that's a bit SmartCanucks karma--someone shares the info, and we all benefit!!

    Thanks!

Sold out in about 8 minutes--record for this year so far.

I was going to buy the TV, but I want a larger one for the family room. A 39" TV seemed a little larger for the bedroom!!! Still more value in the miles for a ticket to FLA or Mexico...

Well I used 9150 miles last night to book 2 return flights to Costa Rica next winter. This is is the breakdown cost per mile. When you book AC flights through Airmiles you get Flex class tickets which allow you to pick your seats. The first calculation is based on AC site Same class. The second is the cheapest avail class for those tickets and the breakdown per

    $3068.78 Same Class Flex
    $2686.78 Cheapest Avail 1 Flex 1 Tango

    9150 Airmiles + $552

    $3068.78 - $552 = $2516.78 /9150 miles = $0.2750 per mile
    $2686.78 - $552 = $2134.78 /9150 miles = $0.2333 per mile

I did use my BMO Gold 25% discount and low season, so that did increase my value per mile.

Ya that TV wasn't that great 60hz is horrible. Also Panasonic is CRAP! I had a Panasonic Plasma it lasted 18 months. Panasonic could care less and it would have cost $300 fix had to recycle it. I will never buy a Panasonic TV again!

Well at least we have your expertise and wisdom here, which is the important thing!

I'm not a tinfoil hat kind of guy but there is definitely censoring going on. Not just with my posts -- I've seen others go missing too. Seems arbitrary tho. It's not because the post contains a link (tried with and without). It's not because of excessive posts (the very first two posts I tried were removed). It's not because of foul language. Meanwhile, there are other posts still visible that are clearly spam.

Maybe they have a group of monkeys working in their social media group -- just randomly pressing the delete key.

The irony is you can still bring up the deleted posts. If you view the "Others" page you see the censored list:

    https://www.facebook.com/SafewayCana...31386&filter=2

But if you view the Highlights page

    https://www.facebook.com/SafewayCana...31386&filter=3

and then click See All under "Recent Posts by Others" you can see most if not all the other posts, including the censored ones!

Ya I thought it might be cool, but man is that train expensive. It was around $3000 for 2 return tickets in a sleeper cabin Saskatoon - Vancouver Return.

I was going to post this on the Safeway Facebook page but they'd probably just censor it. Better to just share with the smarter folks on SmartCanucks anyway:

If you have extra access codes, just enter them into the Weekly Draw. Reading thru the contest rules & regs, it appears you aren't limited to just one entry per week or per person. And it looks like they draw from ALL the entries every time (meaning if you don't win in draw #1 your entry is still eligible for draw #2 etc. So enter early and often.

I think the Hot tub will be the best value for the day.

I agree! OK, let's get everyone's guess. I predict it will go for 250% of retail value (according to the emax spreadsheet)!

They have the TV on clearance at Target.. Langley, BC has at least 1 in stock. I was going to buy it Saturday.. but decided I don't need (or have room for) a 3rd TV in my 1br apt.

    $149 is the price.. 70% off $499.

I say 5000 miles whatever that is. I think 250% would be the most ed bid of the season
