Thanks for all you do for us Bob this is great!

I still have a Buy 1 Get 1 Free Herbal Essence coupons. Does that mean I can only pay for 2 and still get the deal or do I need to pay for 3 get 1 free and get the deal?

Also you seem to be the master of what Food Banks require. Do they take Health and Beauty products (shampoo) as well or do I need to take those to another organization such as the women's shelter?

I went to safeway.ca and got their phone number it's 1-877-SAFEWAY, call them and click 1 for talking about airmiles and let them know... make sure you tell them you already received the airmiles but it was the wrong amount offered (otherwise they will make you wait 90 days)
I've called them for alot of things that I was unsure about (making sure there is not limit on certain airmile offers) they usually have pretty awesome customer service.

You should be able to buy 2 + 1 free and get the AMs is my opinion.

My food bank will take health & beauty items.

Herbal Essences - according to my calculations on a 36 purchase (w/ no coupons)

    $2.99 Each
    3 Amount
    $8.97 Total
    1.1 Tax rate
    $9.87 80 air miles
    12 Multiples
    $118.4 960 air miles
100 bonus (if they have it)
    5 regular
    1065 AM
    0.14 rate
    $149.1

    Donation 12*$8.97 = $107.64 *0.4 = $43.06
    $118.40 - $43.06 = $75.34

    $149.10 - $75.34 = $73.76 profit (is this right?)

    Looks Good!

Your end cost is around $75 after tax rebate and you end up with almost $150 worth of AMs.

Of course tax rebates vary a bit and it also depends on what you use the AMs for.

Also, don't forget the $5 coupon in the Entertainment Book if you have on.

Could boost your return a bit more! ;-)
