Confession Thread! Did you do something bad? Feeling Guilty? Then Confess!

I have such terrible confessions they shouldn’t be confessed on here! I’ll confess anyways.
Confession: I asked DH (of 10 years) for an open marriage, nobody in my real life knows.

I confess I feel like an idiot because I don't know what an open marriage is. Do you just not get married but say you are. Or is that like an open relationship in where you can still see other people.

BTW - I also confess to loving your signature.

I sometimes pretend to people that don't know me well that I can't cook...Just so they don't expect it of me and we can go out instead In reality I'm a great cook...just lazy LOL!

This morning in a rush to leave the house I actually put my pants on backwards!!!
They are slip on capris, so no zipper or buttons, you just slip them on.
Sad thing is, the only reason I noticed was because while in the bathroom, I noticed the tag was at the front!!!

I confess I am terrible at remembering names. Its very embarrassing when someone you clearly know and recognize by face remembers you and chats you up, but you cant for the life of you remember what their name is. It is particularly embarrassing when you blank at their names and you have to introduce them... I remember their faces, what they do, even hobbies they mentioned to me, but a name... forget about it.

My memories so bad just the other day I had to sign and date a form, and I couldnt remember what year it was (for some reason, I thought it was 2005 or 2006....

LOL. No you haven't. I've tried peanut butter and bacon.

And when I was a teenager I absolutely loved a slice of bacon wrapped in dill pickles with a swipe of mayonnaise. I would stuff my face with those all the time.

Oh my god I miss those days. Now I just think about bacon and I gain 10 pounds.

LOL. Everyone has that happen. I confess to using my children to help me out when I can't remember a name. When faced with a situation like that, I touch my kids on the back and say, "Now <insert DD name>, it would be nice if you introduced yourself." Then it appears as though I am teaching my children nice manners...when in fact I am cheating BIG time so I can be apprised of the other person's name without giving away that I have forgotten it.

this is sad. i had an old bf who did this. even carved my freaking name in his arm. like all the way down his forearm in capital letters.

go seek some help, its better to try than to stay sad

i like to run the water while bf is in the shower. i will even wipe dry the sink so i can tell him i didnt and he cant prove it. our daughter thinks this is hilarious and never rats me out

Im seeing a therapist in october. ( had to book the appointment last october for this one)
