I made sweet and sour meatballs with brown rice. I make the sweet and source sauce from scartch and include chunks of pineapple in it. mmmm it was good.
I froze 1/3 of the meatballs for future meals.

Got up early and made one of DD favourites for when she gets home after school, Gnocchi. This time though I added sauteed onions,garlic,ground turkey, some jarred roasted red peppers, and chopped spinach to it. just used the Ragu sauce to combine. Easy peasy and yummy.

tonight I am going to try to make a deep dish meat pie from scratch. I bought some ground beef at sobey's yesterday and made meatloaf last night with half and then pre browned the other half so I could use it today for the meatpie. I haven't actually made it with ground beef before so I hope it is ok, we'll see!

Last night was Sushi DH and I spent the day running to the states for shopping and eye appointments and then to our dentist here so I was way to tired to even think about cooking
