Last night we had spinach and cheese ravioli in alfredo sauce with bacon. Tonight we're going to a surprise birthday party for my Pa, his birthday is on Valentines

Last night we treated ourselves to Pizza been since last year so we deserved it lol. 15.00 for three was enough for lunch today!!!
Tonight kids have been bugging for Mama's Surprise, basically cook pasta(macoroni), cook hamberger meat in seperate pan then when pasta done add cheese and hamberget meat and bit of butter presto lol.

Last night I went out for dinner after work, had prime rib steak and all the trimmings for FREE (a really nice old gentleman who was with us paid)

Tonight will be baked spaghetti, garlic bread, and caesar salad

Tonight I am making beef dip(with the $10 roasts from Price Smart ) and chocolate pumpkin mini cakes with cream cheese frosting

Oh my gosh...I am stuffed. My Dad's girlfriend made turkey dinner for his birthday supper tonight. It was fantastic. And tomorrow they are all coming over here for mustard and honey glazed ham, scalloped potatoes with swiss cheese, and lemon pie. Not going to have eat for the next week!

I mentioned before I cook in large batches, freeze them for the guys lunches, bla bla bla
Fri night I did the beef stew and also a large pot of chili, well guess I made those too good, none left today to put into containers.
Today, 12 shake 'n bake chicken thighs, and 8 shake'n bake pork loin chops ( nice thick ones , no visible fat ) and vegetable fried rice. Filled the rice cooker to max capacity ( mine is 7 cup) and added at least the same amount of a variety veg that I fried, then combined. Fingers crossed that I won't have to cook till maybe Tues night. lol

Chicken balls (frozen ones, Co-op brand, they are awesome!); then I made a stirfry of Europa's asian veggies, and mixed with ramen noodles.

Tonight is roast chicken, mashed potatoes & gravy, glazed baby carrots, & steamed broccoli. Dessert is a heart shaped chocolate mayonnaise cake (made to look like a red velvet cake) with strawberry mouse filling.

Bf adn i are going to Baton Rouge tonight so ribs! mmm

A nice steak dinner with a spinach salad will suit me just fine!
