For me, they also did spinal decompression and bio-feedback. He also fitted me with a back brace, which also came with a fitted ice pack.

I guess I'll be channel surfing tonight. The Jays are playing, and they're my priority, but there are a couple of relays tonight I'd really like to see too.

Well, the Jays lost it in the bottom of the 9th.

Canada's relay team won bronze when the U.S. was DQ'ed

Spent pretty much the evening waiting at the mediclinic then seeing the doc. Got some serious oral antibiotics for my leg, since topical alone wasn't cutting it - and it's been very painful, too.

My youngest Grandson sporting a bee sting. Poor little guy, it seems he is allergic to bee stings. He's a trooper. I hope they can enjoy the rest of their vacation. A lot for a little guy like him to deal with at the tender age of 19 months. It didn't dim his smile for very long.

Oh Loocie! I'm so sorry to see him go through this! Glad he could recover so quickly! Wow! He'll have to be really careful around bees and outdoor flowers, etc.!

Waiting for healing - it's not here yet, lol! As per my nurse-sister's directions, I'm doubling up on the first four doses of the antibiotics. I know it takes a few days, but it does work. Thanks, everyone, for your good wishes!

It's Cruise Weekend here, and we just happened to go out on Fri evening when the cars were a'cruisin - very cool. It's my son's fave weekend - he got his old Caddy all ready, and I'm sure he went cruising both nights. People cruise 8th street (which is only a few blocks from our house), and gather along the sides in parking lots to visit and watch. There is also Rockin' the River, which is two nights of old time rock music down by the river - so since we are close to that, too, we've heard it Fri and Sat nights.
Today a part of the downtown is closed for a Show 'n Shine.
We also have an International Raceway just out of the city, and there were special races all weekend. They have it set up so at times 'regular' people can race 1/4 mile, plus they have special races with alcohol funny cars, etc. We have been before, and it's fun to see!

So you can see why Milan would have every minute of his weekend taken up, so we won't be seeing him, but we'll hear all about it early next week.

Today will be rather boring, a clean-up kind of day!
