Today is weigh in day. I just know that everyone did a fabulous job. Just remember, even if the number on the scale doesn't move, if you worked hard at staying on track and tried your best, you're a winner. Sometimes our bodies take time to adjust to new things. Our tummies hurt, we get all messed up with movements, and we are just plain cranky.....it's allowed, after all, we're only human. Love yourself, cause we love you, and every one of you on this thread has the right idea. To live a healthier life. Remember, it took years to get to where you are, and it doesn't happen overnight, it takes time to get back.

It's those blue eyes, tiny little thing.....Our DD had a cat we bought her for her 12th b'day...it lived 22 years! She was very much her cat, didn't want anything much to do with us unless it was feeding time....what I absolutely hate about them is when they jump on counter-tops and tables...I went ballistic whenever she did that; she soon learned not to. And no, there was no physical abuse, lol....I think my reaction just scared her....but they are pretty little things....

So it has been a very successful weigh in today. Part of the reason of course is lack of appetite, but mostly I feel better as I went strict back on the GF,DF and no salt.

I started in the mid range in one of the " hundreds group " and got on this a.m. to read I am officially in the high end the next ( lower ) hundreds group!
That would be 7 pounds lost!!
