I wish my dh would go for blt's and soup for dinner. HE NEEDS MEAT!!!! We are having Shake N Bake chicken.....Corn ( from USA) and pasta salad. Kids are having spaghetti with corn ( They won't eat chicken with crumb things on it. )

yesterday
Asparagus soup topped with oxalis from garden.
Salad with romaine, spinach, radish, cucuber, thyme and oragano and mixed mesclun from garden, chive flower, olive oil and white balsamic vinegar.
Triscuit olive oil and pepper with old cheddar
Rhubarb cake for dessert
Liberty of one finish where liberty of the other one start

Tonight I had 2 yves veggie chicken burgers with bbq sauce and some grape tomatoes on the side.

Hamburger: Ground beef mixed with chive flower, fresh oragano, butter spiced with Dakka home made mixte and onion.
The hamburger garniture:
fresh spinach, sweet pepper
Brie cheese
home made green zucchini relish (jar 2010)
home made onion & pepper relish (jar 2010)
unfortunatly I used a d'Italiano hamburger bread
On the side:
cucumber and carrot
salad of spinach, radish, oregano, sweet pepperLiberty of one finish where liberty of the other one start

I got creative today... I took shiitake mushrooms and swiss cheese wrapped it in chicken covered in Sweet Baby Rays BBQ Sause and through it on the BBQ... Omg it was amazing really easy too
