I have started doing yoga a couple times a week, I send the kid down to the basement to play (he tried the first time to do it with me... that was funny lol. We try and go for walks, while he rides his balance bike, so it's a pretty good walking pace for me. But I've been having some dog issues (he's trying to fight with every other dog we see and I'm just at a loss, and worried the kid will get caught in the middle). So we haven't been walking as much. Any way! I love Leslie Sansone WATP, I have way too many of her videos. I like the ones you can pick the miles you want to do so it mixes it up a bit. Nice and easy, but you can up the intesity just by putting more into it. I love my 20 minute workouts, and as soon as we are over this lovely summer cold, I'll be doing it again.

And buddy - I'm done! Well I have to wait for all the online stuff to arrive lol. And need two more gifts for kid buddy, but I know what I want, just need to get it Phew! Tough work. Course the hard part is still to come, wrapping and putting them in order! I had such a hard time with that at Christmas. Do I start small and build up? Alternate yummy things with other things? Yes there are some yummy things lol.

Alright, done babbling I had a nap this afternoon, it was awesome, all my pets cuddled up lol, and now I have a little energy.
I have Leslie Sansone WATP also shes great but I feel I need some toning for all over lol

walk the pounds away with Leslie Sanone, it uses weights and you work your arms while you walk
its 3 work outs on 1 dvd, but I only do the first one, LOL. She has a bunch of DVD's out, but I find myself working out harder (going at a faster pace) if put my head phones in and go to the pace of my own music

Losing weight is very difficult, let me tell you! I lost 20 pounds since December because I had surgery and Couldn't eat! Of course now my monster appetite is coming back and I've gone back to a sedentary job where I sit all day. Doing my best to keep up with the gym, incorporate more green smoothies in my diet and eat right. It's hard and sometimes you wanna give up. One step at a time. Every day is a new day and a chance to correct the mistakes of yesterday. Like those Lays ketchup chips I had last night. Goodness they were soo good. But I'm not beating myself up about them. Today I ate well and am off to the gym in a bit. Pat yourself on the back, you have lost more weight than you think! Congrats and keep up the awesome work!!

You defiantly cannot get down over one day or even one week.

My issue right now is portion control, I have been portioning everything out into single serving sizes but lately I just cannot seem to get full, I am going through ridiculous amounts of food right now most of it fruits and veggies which are good but I feel like all I do is eat and I am still hungry.

Has one here tried curves? My mom wants to join and wants me to join with with. I have never gone to a gym, I have always worked out at home and put out the money to get a few pieces of exercise equipment so I could work out at home but mom says she is not motivated to use any of the equipment I have.

ALSO, things you should know about me:

I'm into funky things.. I like funky patterns.... I am not vanilla.

My bathroom is done in polka dots and/or stripes (yellow/red/blue)

My kitchen is wine themed- not cartoon wine with that stupid looking chef. Classic wine theme(make sense?!)

My bedroom is Paris themed. But, not too girly... my hubby does share the space

I am so easy going and will love anything and everything you buy and/or make for me.

Also, I am RRRRRRRLF the fpc's for hairdye (any brand) and I can't remember if I put it on my list.
