Saw Men in Black 3...it was good.

If it rains tomorrow I think I'll try to go see Snow White for the second time. I went on Thursday, saw the previews, and then the movie broke. Got a few free tickets so can't complain.

Can't wait for Rock of Ages to come out....I'm in a big movie kick thanks to icoke.

Saw Prometheus!
Since i'm a big Alien fan, i was super excited about this one... super! super excited! get how excited i was?..super excited!

Well.. not at all what i expected.. still really messed-up about how i feel about it. Hate to put down my favorit monster..but i guess i kinda have too.
Dont want to go in details in case someone wants to see it but i'll say this... it's not that it's bad..it's really well made and all but it's just not what i expected from the usual arrrrrr, help! the alien's gonna eat me, kinda movie.

So Ridley Scott.. i will totally this one but prometheus 2 better be arrrrrr go! go! Alien. Enough said!

O.K. nothing to do with our Dear Lord actually, but the Father's Day plan I thought we had all agreed on was dinner and a movie ( Madagascar 3D!! yippee, I really wanted to see that too, was kind of happy they all agreed) but...en route to the restaurant I started to smell a rat?? ( sniff sniff)

DD asks over dinner , would I mind if she and DS see Avengers 3D ( again?!) instead...and DH and other DS chime in and say they would rather see That's My Boy ! ( ew!! gross, I almost upchucked)

whatever eh? Nothing spells family time like everyone doing their own thing...so I went to see Mr Tom Cruise in Rock Of Ages!! ( Madagascar I will see you soon I promise)

Rock Of Ages was an 8/10 ( I want to score it higher, but that would just be my love of the music talking AND my admiration for all the actors pulling off such a silly musical-ish movie ) I think Tom is Dorian Gray, how else can he possibly look that amazing!! Alec Baldwin and Russel Brand, you nearly stole the show with your " duet " lol!!!

Saw Prometheus in IMAX 3D! Amazing visuals. Didn't really know it was a prequel to Alien and enjoyed it as a one-off movie (Cuz i don't remember any of the alien movies very well). It was pretty intellectually stimulating too. LOL. Enjoyed the acting - first rate. Amused by the fact that I saw that Channing Tatum used to be stripper and that the movie Magic Mike will be loosely based on his experiences before becoming a hit in the movies.

Pay it forward 8.5/10 Really good movie! Only thing I didn't like was the ending.
But 11 yr old Haley Joel Osment was the best part of the movie.
