    Good Morning Everyone,
We were supposed to go shopping today but does not look like that will happen there is a lack of ambition going on here right now. So if we do not go shopping there are few things at home I would like to get done.

Finding it very hard to plan for the week ahead since I am off again for a few days. It feels like the week is so broken up when I travel and I expect to come back exhausted. I put this trip off for a few weeks far various reasons mostly due to things going on in our office and feeling I could not be away from our office. A number of new things to work on and address well I am away have come up so I have a lot to cram into 2 and a half days.

Last night I was alone for dinner a made myself a big ranch salad using some mixed greens we already had in the fridge, a cucumber I needed to use up (already took part to work for lunch) some bacon bits out of the freezer some leftover shredded cheese from the fridge and ranch dressing which we always have on hand as Mom uses it on wedges. Also made some garlic toast to go with it using a bun out of the freezer.

Tonight's dinner is a huge mystery. Going to raid the fridge and see what we have to use up before I leave as I know there are some things Mom won't use well I am away so we better eat them now.

I bumped a few things I have for sale, see what happens.. Mom will have to handle any pick ups well I am away but so far we have just over $60 to help pay for things that need to be done around the house, As well I see a few things I can post now and see what happens. Really hoping Mom can find some larger items we can sell right now she is giving me small stuff and don't get me wrong a $1 here a $1 there does add up but would really like to see some bigger items leave out house.

    Have a great day everyone.

@Andit fish are funny, we used to have a variety of fish but I will admit I adored my son's gold fish, he had different types. Dh & I shared an aquarium and again such personalities. Ds2 still has his aquarium up and running, he is down to 3 mollies.

I found some tender beef marked down to 1/2 price at Safeway today-so I made beef stroganoff for dinner. Approx cost for dinner was $8 for 4 servings.
