This is the longest time by far that I have not spoken to Mr P in 30 yrs....I'm not sure I will get used to it...

I know....I just never expected it now...I wanted to grow old together...

My Pack shredded them! There're Giants killers!My second choice team,the Steelers, won too, since all's well with the world! @avoncallingu , we looked so awful in the first quarter I had to leave until DH said it was safe to watch again !
My Pack. And Avon, it was freezing when we were there in October 6 years ago, but ahhhhh..it was wonderful! just breathing the same air as my Pack is enough to keep warm...

Awwww........I'm so proud of you for watching NFL football...esp my Packers!!! Thank your DH for me and give him a BIG hug too, I know how much he likes them...hahahahaha!!!

Home sick today...caught the Lady's cold/flu over the weekend...back to bed.

Dan, I always get a cold/sinus infection etc. after I have been on a plane - all those GERMS just being recycled around and around - snotty nosed children, sneezing - coughing - wheezing - yuck! But if I could go on a plane, I'd be there tomorrow!!!

Hope everyone is doing ok. I realize there seem to be a lot more downs the ups recently.
I had to call in sick to work monday and just emailed at 12am that I was still sick and will not be there tuesday either. A bit late to email but during the day I thought I was feeling better but monday evening got worse and was in the bathroom for a couple hours. I can't really afford to miss anymore time though.

Yeah, I thought I was past that...sitting beside her the entire plane ride home from holidays...guess the germs just spent a week on vacation themselves before settling down in me!

Anyways, feeling a tad better than yesterday...throat is a bit dry and scratchy still...but I'll manage for the day.
Came in early, to play some catch up from yesterday.

Thin layer of snow on the ground, making the drive in a little slippery. Salters have been out once already today.
Drive safe for all those heading out on the road this morning/today, stay warm for all those braving the outdoors, and darn you to all of you lucky enough to be able to stay home in your PJs all day today!

+5 and rainy for tomorrow, but at least we are not supposed to get nearly as much snow or rain today as originally forecast. I let Jazz come out on the deck (on a leash) while I shoveled and salted, seems to have stopped the door dashing now that he knows what is out there lol

Holy Moly- a BIG whack of snow overnight- well- for here. But we are under a travel advisory because of freezing rain followed by wild winds tonight.

Important Dr. visit today for DH. I hope she can make it safely.

Well, with my new meds, my BP has come down significantly and no morning headaches! YAY!

With my new lenses I can actually read prices on the shelves.

They gave me a code so that I can look up my lab results online. Do you think that I can find it???? No.
