Hello ladies. @Natalka your parents both had good singing voices, although I know for you listening to them brings up incredible emotions.
What a lovely thing to have a recording to cherish.
This morning I am attempting the sweet condensed bread thing. The ball of dough ( I made a double recipe ) is hopefully rising and doubling in size!
Might watch the Jays play this afternoon, hope they fare batter than yesterday!

Happy Easter! Well today was the second Easter that we did a drive-by to hand out Easter Chocos to our grandkids. Sons house is halfway between us and our daughters house. It was so nice to see everyone together if only for half an hour. We kept our distance; everyone stayed by their cars and the goodies were placed on the cars and the kids came up and got them, one family at a time. Last year, this really bothered me because i felt that it wasnt normal. This year, it didnt bother me so much because it felt normal. Do you understand what i mean. We are so used to social distancing, its the new normal.

the next time we can get together on a driveby will be the end of April when the birthdays start. Granddaughter 2 will be turning 15. I kept all the placards that we made last year so im recycling them this year! lol Im doing my bit for the environment!

I took a small walk with dad and he walk a little bit faster and it was great!!! Such a beautiful weather and sunny!!! Dad goal is 2 take 2 walks per day (morning and afternoon) I could not be more agreed on that!!!
Printed off my 3 recepies from natashaskitchen and i am ready to cook and bake lol!!!!

Good late afternoon all! The sunshine is so lovely here today, bringing rays into both the front floor and later on onto the kitchen floor. The cats love sprawling out on these.
No one was happier than me earlier as my attempt at Condensed Bread turned out amazing!

Well, we sure didn't get as much done as we planned to, or wanted to...
Honestly, the two of us are like the blind leading the blind...(no offence)
We will just have to see what we can cobble together later. At least my husband has been able to sleep - it's 2:30 now and I haven't yet.
