ugh!!! yes @Lynn49 ..STOOPID is right. The Avalanche did not seem up to their same energy from the last game imho? Oh brother and to take a Too many men penalty at the end? That is just asking for Tampa to bury you! I'm fine...ugh!! No I'm not...lol @flemeth a house divided for the Stanley Cup, that must be fun! ha ha

The Blue Jays beat the Brewers, so that made all the difference in my mood. Sadly though today's game is going to be a nightmare!
Not only is Kikuchi pitching for us, but apparently the shadows in this field are crazy! It's an afternoon game so there WILL be shadows.
The worst of any of this is THEIR pitcher is an ACE! ( Corbin Burnes, Cy Young winner of course ).
I should just NOT tune in, keep my BP low. lol

Anyone have weird things happening with SC?

I left the SC window open while I checked my IG and when I came back to open it it was some rando page (I think for some k8 d of company stuff ) and the website tab started with NOT SECURED……. Weird.

I don't mind the cleaning, it can almost be meditative sometimes, I don't like picking up the stuff I've left behind as I go from one thing to another, lol...particularly crafty stuff. But polishing, cleaning, I've enjoyed it...really loved doing dishes when the tots were young. Hubby would bathe them after dinner and I'd be blissfully washing dishes, looking out onto the street, the trees, flowers...never minded that. Even in winter.

As for Boo...nope, we're adrift in here...

Seems I've closed the day and opened the morning.

I'm up far too early, but Ladies, you know what it's like when you have thoughts rolling around in your head...stuff to do, want/have to get done. I just couldn't fall back to sleep from 4am.
Of course there's nothing I CAN do right now with Hubby blissfully asleep, so I'm sippin' my coffee, watching the news, thankful I don't live in the US, and casting on stitches for yet another toque.

I just sits and sips....

Expecting a heat wave today,it will be 31 degres wow!!!
I too have problems with smart canucks my other computer have bitfender anti-virus and the sc page is blocked on it because apparently the sc page is full of virus...I dont know..it is sad that sc is not too maintened anymore
But at least for a few weeks no spammers hahaha

Thank goodness it's all over but the crying! The tears of the Tampa Bay Lightning are streaming full on as the Avalanche won the Cup!!
What a nail biter of a game. Great entertainment. Best quote in an interview came fro MY guy! Nazem Kadri expressed his feelings in a quickie on ice interview after hoisting his first ever Stanley Cup.

THIS is one reason I've always adored Kadri! He's gotten some of the harshest fines and suspensions from the NHL for hits, while others who have done the same and worse got less. Imho, the ones making those calls can also KISS his you know what!
