I'm here, but not really " here". My back is sort of out of whack atm. I'll bet I'm having sympathy pains for DH and his Sciatica return.
Pretty low key day so far, but I should really be planning and prepping a protein dish to go with my servings of zucchini/mushroom/cheesy casserole.
Salad is already there. Does anyone else get annoyed when every meat that comes to mind is just NOT scratching that itch?
Well....enjoy the great weather as summer is here for certain.

Have you considered BACON @walkonby ?? It's a great "itch" scratcher... And evidently it contains NO calories if used for medicinal reasons.

haha ! Bacon @Lynn49 ? I opted for a small tin of tuna infused in oil with chili mixed with a bit of mayo on some Ryvita crispbread. It sure hit the spot but bacon would have been drool-worthy! If anyone is interested, our Blue Jays broke the Red Sox hearts with a walk off win in the 9th tonight! woo hoo!!

Thank you, @GoJays . Also loved the 'significant other's...I'll be passing that to our DD for sure, she'll get a giggle because of her line of work, lol.

@walkonby , we actually DID see the bottom of the 9th last night!! What an amazing finish! When Bichette went up to bat I impressed my Hubby by confidently declaring that his hitting is MUCH improved with extra guidance he received, and he smiled and said, "Really?" , lol. Then BOOM! Then Vladdy...BOOM ! It was amazing!

Nothing going on, just anxious for our repair guy to fix the a/c in our RV tomorrow. I hope he doesn't have to wait for a part!

I thought I was doing ok until I came in and couldn’t fathom why @walkonby would put meat on herself to relieve itching! Alternative medicine?? So I moved along to @GoJays post about retailers and shirts!
Is she talking about retailers who have big bellies and while stocking shelves their bellies pop out cuz their shirts are too small???
Well I’d love to spend the day pondering but I really must turn my attention to other things.

@GoJays ty!! I'll be forwarding that Significant other joke along to a few people today and btw, no surprise that I'm part of that demographic of women who are fed up with cut off tees! Now perhaps if I had a belly button piercing to flash. NM, nope.
Between T-shirt fashions using the thinnest material they can find and then not even giving us any " tuck-in " options on hem, well I pass.

Decent day so far, nothing special but I feel energized and the back pain is slowly leaving so I am grateful!
