Good morning. Tea and coffee on the deck before dropping off the car for an oil change and then braving Costco for a major stock up! Then it’s off to the local veg place for a few smaller items.

Skipping about all morning here! o.k. I'm lying...... BUT I am skipping in my mind at least now that I have 2 " semi " fully functioning knees!
Off to a consultation appointment shortly. We'll see just what this surgeon recommends before I get a second opinion.
My weight loss battle is in full armour mode. I have the battle scars to prove it.
It's up, then down, then hold....holding....nope.... UP again, then weirdly down. Today is a down day, so the scale and I are friends again.

me too! @GoJays I'm a proud non viewer of the Kardashians! Even when a snippet of an episode would pop up as an ad, I'd flip the channel fast!
Cannot stand them!!!
Wow...my inner rage just came bubbling out there, maybe I should have brewed a strong coffee before logging in.
No plans for today, outside plans that is....so it'll be me and Netflix maybe. Watched the first episode of The Sandman and also the first episode of
The House Of Dragons. Both worth it ( so far ) to continue.

I'm with you wrt that whole dysfunctionality family! Not worth a single second of my life! Pathetic sheeple to follow that ratty pack.

Our camping street (and family) golf tournament this weekend will involve a pot-luck and a $10 gift for that gift stealing game. I had so many compliments on my deconstructed cabbage rolls (really, unrolled cabbage rolls which I can't roll anymore, lol) that I'm making it again, and instead of buying a gift I'm just finishing sewing a casserole carrier which I'll also buy a 9x13 casserole baking dish for. Love the fabric combination; outside, navy print with sketchy white circles, inside, red with tiny white polka-dots! Now to find red webbing here so I don't have to sew handles.
I hope they like it!

YES! I just got the skeevies. The worst was when my FIL decided after 10 years of being rude, cold and unwelcoming to be he decided to hug me as we left AND the worst part was the kiss on the cheek! . Dh calls it the kiss of death (and no he’s not Italian).

Well @Lynn49 and @walkonby tell me how you really feel about the Kardashians and don’t sugar coat it
Today is a day of vacuuming/dusting first, tiny laundry and making lemon blueberry muffins for my mom who’s having a bit of a rough go these last few days. Dad can have some too

@harbie , one thing Walks and I don't do is sugarcoat! Lol! You may have noticed ...lol.

WELL!!! How many of you have ever had tomato pie?! I had it once when we used to go to Florida each year, and have always wanted to make it, and now with a garden of tomatoes, I finally did!
Hubby's never been a big fan of them, but apparently I must now make it again and happily would!!
It was amazing!!! Tomorrow another pie and tomato bread!

My casserole carrier is coming along nicely, Hubby's gone out for my handle webbing and red thread...and a 9x13 casserole dish on his way to his knee replacement consultation.

Oh. And my name is Lynn and I'm a hugger.

Now, an afternoon of rest.
