Severe thunderstorms have been threatening on & off all day, but completely missed us.
But, welcome to fall. Geez it's cold out there.
Well, we've gone from rain, rain, & more rain, to cold fall days.
We had a few summer-like days, but I want real summer !!!!!!!!!!

I hope summer isn't over 22hicks.. I'm really wondering.. it's calling for frost warning here tonight.. omg can't handle that winter is getting to close again .. bring back summer.. ☀️️☀️️☀️️☀️️Hot hot !!

Oh, some good news, I have a new car. Well, it's not new, but much newer than mine.
It's a hard-top convertible. I'll post more pics when I get a chance. Here's one from the ad.

Sorry I wasn't around yesterday. On Saturday evening, my sister had a heart attack. It turned out to be a mild one, but scary since her last one was major, requiring surgery, and a 2 1/2 month hospital stay. So, I stayed with her @ the hospital until this morning.
She's out of the woods, for now, so I had to pick Jake up, and get home. He's still sick, and I'm really worried about him. I didn't want to leave him with the sitter any longer than necessary.

So sorry hear about your sister 22hicks.. hope sis is feeling a lot be better soon .. Take great care ya self

@Newfiescreech ...don't encourage @22hicks ...we may not be able to even imagine what that gal's capable of!! When she gets the urge to take a top down, whoop!! There she goes!!! No self control....

I'm worried about Jake, too.......pups can't tell us what's wrong or understand why they're feeling the way they do, all we can do is love them through whatever they're going through....poor muffin.

Good Morning Kids...
How we all doing on this cool Tuesday morning, Just looked out the kitchen window, and now have 4 pools in the backyard... The actual one, which I'm going to have to drain off a bit, one beside the pool, one in the lane way... and another over by the shed.... Man did she pour yesterday... We got something like 100mm's of rain.... Go figure....
@22hicks sorry, bout your sister... prayers that she heals quickly.... Sweet ride ya got there also...

Good morning, everyone!!

Heading up to 26 today, but staying inside to keep cool....DH has to head down to Parry Sound for his sleep test to see if his breathing machine needs to be amped up or not, so my friend is coming over today so that we can play with fabrics, papers (making cards) and generally chat and drink wine! DH won't be leaving until around 7pm. She's sleeping over....girls' night in!

Um.. @22hicks ?? It's CHRISTMAS IN JULY on the shopping channel!!! Woohoo!!
There are some really sweet reduced prices on decorations if anyone's looking for hostess gifts, etc...
The tv shall remain on that channel all day....DH left for golf just shaking his head...he knows I won't be able to resist something!! If anyone gets involved in an office gift exchange or something like that....some really good ideas there.

@Redneck Charger , good heavens you were innundated, huh?? Hope all that water stays away from your home!

Good day everyone was catching up on everyone activities.. @Redneck Charger happy you are back @22hicks your sis is in my prayers for a fast recovery @danger_dan glad u and the lady got most of the unpacking done @Natalka hope u are better today great Milan was there to help and learn new cooking techniques. An update about the swelling of my feet its about 80% better . still using the cream.Hoping that's its better before I leave for my Vacation so that I can wear shoes. Have a great day everyone
