@cabmonk I like your wry sense of humour, but get busy on that time machine will ya because after just 5 measly episodes DD and my newest show got cancelled!! ( hrmph!! ) It was called Time after Time and was about H.G.Wells going back in time to catch Jack the Ripper.
I am mad we invested the time on those 5 episodes now.

@avoncallingu hope ya get a restful nap in, I find them rejuvenating!
@Lynn49 oh the rain, rain, rain. It is lousy for trying to squeeze in the doggies walks. Had to take them in the wet and now they stink.

Lol I'm trying my hardest. In the meantime I signed up for my fitness pal to track my exercise and calories. It says for my weight and height my calorie intake is 2480, also gave me how much salt and fat per day I need. I already entered in all my breakfast and snack and exercise for the day so far. It says I have 1400 calories left for the day.

Love My Fitness Pal! I didn't want to eat the full 1200cal that were allotted to me, but DD convinced me to, so,.i did and was losing weight beautifully! Back on it, on Sunday...took a little time off....

For sure lynn, I even put the gatorades on there that I had today and the walmart sour cream and onion rings. They say a serving is 20 of them. Dinner was spaghetti and meatballs. I will try healthier snacks down the road.

Good morning, folks! Well there is an hour's break in the rain so I had better rush the girlie out for her walk. Then more rain all day! Did that snow show up in the north?
