well I am not going back now. I was clearing the receipts out of my purse from yesterday and discovered the gal at FreshCo charged me for only 1 single can of .99 diced tomatoes when I clearly said I have 12 of these, all the same kind. She scanned all the sauces in just fine but I guess she forgot to hit " times 12 " on the tomatoes.
This is what happens when I pay using the balance on a GC, I never even checked my receipt. ( face palm )

Dinner last night was chicken breasts (cooked in slowcooker over night so they were already in the fridge ready. With rice and fresh asparagus.
Tonight- Taking a drive to pick up free gift from Casino (hoping its the slow cooker tonight if not it's the pasta pot set with large stock pot or the spice set) Will have free dinner there with coupon and use $80 free Slot play to maybe make a few bucks . Then stop at Costco on way home. Beat the storm we are expecting to start tomorrow and last thru the weekend (Freezing rain sucks!!!!)
Laundry is on the go. Have some to put away tonight and will put another load on. I swear boys are worse then girls!!

@Natalka and @SassyAshley : Thank you for the birthday wishes!
I have two girls. The baby eats with her hands and is learning how to eat everything. Her favourites are staining fruits like strawberries and blueberries. Cloth diapers on weekends.
The older one, I need to launder her bedsheets Every. Single. Night. Diapers cannot contain her. She also spills paints, lunch, etc. on her clothes. Some of it is completely accidental and she'll sit on something someone has left on a chair at school. As a busy four year old, she's always crawling all over any floor outside, or inside. She's non discriminatory. The other day, she decided to dig a hole in the mud with her winter mittens. Mud is also all over her knees, etc.
There are so many stains that have to be pre-treated. The older one has very sensitive skin, so I always have to pre-soak and hand scrub.
Your boys can't be worse than my girls!

That is my youngest lol. He is much better now but we use to joke that when he was in a highchair that we wish we could put him on the back deck for every meal lol He was such a messy kid!
A few years ago his teacher called me from school and asked if I could bring him a change of clothes-including shoes and coat because he "fell in a mud puddle" Yup- that would be my kidLast edited by Frugalbigmama; Wed, Apr 11th, 2018 at 11:07 AM.

-my son hated dirt ,hated the snow (he was cold)hated getting dirty so his knees were never wore out on his pants and he is still like that 33 years later ,infact he worked in a garden centre one summer and had hand sanitizer on him at all times -lol
-relaxing today and doing my greenery puzzle (a scene with lots of grass and flowers makes me think of spring),I was gonna rake before we get rain -but its only 2 degrees too cold for me ,supper tonight bbq chicken ,French fries and corn -gonna bbq 3 chicken breasts and have one left over for my salads the next few days
