    Managed to make a good deal even better - I got tenderized minute steak at PriceSmart for $3.51 - $3.00 coupon = two steaks for .51¢! So I'm breading those with panko and making a quick sauce using alymer accent diced tomatoes, onions, and garlic from my garden. Along with a bit of pasta and a salad, it should be a pretty tasty low-cost meal

    Tonight for dinner I'm going to have stuffed potatoes, corn on the cob, baby back ribs and a greek salad. I'm putting everything on the bbq (I'll make up the potato dish this morning then just reheat it on the bbq too). It's been hot lately so have not been making anything to big, but tonight I feel like ribs.....off to Costco I go

    I bbq'd a flank steak I had marinaded over night in a homemade ginger/soy/lemon/garlic/worchestershire/brown sugar marinade with potatoes and a salad made with all the bits and leftovers from all the veggies we consumed this week (shopping day is Saturday, so I needed to clean out fridge). Steak was soooo yummy and so easy!!

    @Natalka...onion rings...drooool...so good!

    I spent the day driving around and bought a bunch of food, but got home late and just barbequed Schneider's Grill'ems for supper. For dessert, I picked raspberries and Saskatoon berries from my yard and had them with ice cream.
