First world problem...went to a fall launch party tonight and the prices were ridiculous (what did I expect with designer stuff), did find a cute bracelet in my price range only to find out they were out of stock which means no purchase and no giant gift bag
Did get tons of free alcohol and food though so I guess it was worth it...though I probably shouldn't have had that much alcohol LOL!

Ugh I hate the state of work places right now. They say young people are entitled, well working your butt off with no lunch and 12 hour days when those people with 30 years seniority refuse to retire and squeeze out all the benefits and positions so we get stuck working 3 week contracts means I am entitled for some reason? I'm not kidding. 3 week contracts for 5 years.
But yes, third world problem: No job. Family starving and homelessLast edited by torontogal12; Fri, Aug 10th, 2012 at 07:59 AM.

Guess by Marciano fall collection launch. I had never been in a Guess store before since all my Guess clothing was thrifted quite cheaply! I was jealous of the women pretty much buying one of everything *sigh* I know they are only "things" but I found the cutest jacket of life and it was the most perfect fit and would have been super warm and stylish for work where I need to look professional, but of course it was like 10x out of my budget

I have to work on Saturday when I'd rather just have the day off and sleep-in!

First world problem: The Scott’s Turf Builder that you have been using, works really well. You are forever mowing fast growing grass. And the Scott’s Turf Builder was free (with coupon).
Third world problem: No lawn. No home. No shelter. And, what’s a coupon?

You buy a nice fat tuna steak for dinner and DH prefers a bowl of cereal. Tuna steak is mad expensive and he prefers the Kellogg's cereal that was free

Trying to decide whether the candy apple just sitting there staring at me would count as a fruit for breakfast...

Needing to go pick up stuff on sale but the weather looks crappy
Actually I think the weather might be improving a bit...so going to drag myself out of the house and get it done so I won't need to get groceries for the rest of the month LOL
I'm disgusted that 11 days into August I have already spent $80 on groceries and still feel like I don't have enough in the house to last me a few weeks...Someone needs to teach me how to coupon better me thinks or I will go broke this school year *sigh*
