I had spinach and cheese ravioli with a "homemade" cheated cream sauce. Did a can of cream of mushroom soup with a tiny bit of water, some parsley, and garlic powder. It was sooo good and totally beats making the cream sauce from scratch

Shepherd's pie made from left overs and garden produce...leftover spaghetti sauce, gravy, carrots, green pepper, onion, some teriyaki cooking sauce all mixed together and topped with mashed potatoes. Also making a salad and having garlic bread.

Last night I made a ham steak with red-eye gravey, mashed potatoes and balsamic glazed carrots.

Not exactly sure about tonight, it's a toss up between a roast chicken or just use up some chicken breasts and make chicken parmesan. Will keep you posted,

WOB, how did that gluten free bread mix turn out? I never found a gluten free bread mix that I liked. I got tired of wasting money on mixes and decided to make my own since I already make tons of bread for the family. Turns out I'm pretty good at making my own gf bread too!

Oh holly! I just love the mix ( on sale I can pay about $3.99 a box, full price as high as $5.49) but it is worth every cent as I eat so little bread each day I only make the one loaf in the bread maker for DD and I ( and we know when I say I make,...that really is funny because all I do is put the stuff in and press start! lol)

Here is the type I buy. All the chains of the RCSS, No Frills, and Loblaws carry this.

oh!! and here are many other things they have. I have only bought the french bread and the Favourite Sandwich one. My bread maker is a Black and Decker, no GF setting, I just do it on normal bread setting.

Making homemade pizza: homemade pizza dough (from my mom made in the bread maker), mushroom pasta sauce, pepperoni, onions, red and green pepper, mushrooms, and cheese. It's going to be soooo good.

    I had to google red-eye gravy,lol
Despite having made gravy from scratch before, i tend to use my veggie gravy mix from the British store!!I'm lazy that way - and i like to know that when i make gravy...it actually works(not always the case with my cooking, lol)
