I have my Amaryllis bulbs waiting to be potted up. They are gorgeous when in bloom.

White geraniums
We cut down the geranium plants to one third.
They are in an area with little light.
We keep the roots moist.
Well, the leaves are not green - but white, because of the lack of light. Like having white asparagus instead of green.

Well, not in my yard, but close enough while I'm on vacation.
These are plants around the condo property:
Pink Hibiscus, Purple Bougainvillea and a hedge of flowers.

Any snow where you live, macw? I don't think the bulbs would survive the mixup in Saskatoon!
Here are a few more pictures...went for a hike this morning to Iao Valley:
The Iao Needle, some bananas growing on the tree and an amaryllis-type flower. My 15 year old son was particularly amused to find out the "needle" was an ancient phallic symbol, lol.

onions
I can't profess to understand God's plan. Christ promised the resurrection of the dead. I just thought he had something a little different in mind.

Merry Christmas to everyone on the forum, and particularly to my fellow gardeners on this thread. Here are a few pics to brighten up your day:
The pink plumeria is a huge tree in the parking lot of the condo and there are hibiscus hedges everywhere. The orange tubular flower id escapes me at the moment...
