i don't see anything. maybe it's gone? what was the story?

my cousin, her hubby and 2 little ones were right in the spot by the finish lines minutes before, blowing bubbles. they are just in total disbelief, and shock i think. the kids are traumatized because they totally heard the blasts. they can see everything happening around them and it is overwhelming.

Oh gosh anisa I can only imagine. I am so happy to hear they are safe physically. I'm sure they are all hugging eachother extra tight tonight. The more I read the more horrible it gets.

[Update, 8:55 p.m. ET] A Saudi national with a leg wound was under guard at a Boston hospital in connection with the bombings at the Boston Marathon, but investigators cannot say he is involved at this time and he is not in custody, a law enforcement official said Monday evening.

[Update, 8:36 p.m. ET] Investigators have warned law enforcement officers to be on the lookout for a "darker-skinned or black male" with a possible foreign accent in connection with Monday's bombings at the Boston Marathon, according to a law enforcement advisory obtained by CNN.

The man was seen with a black backpack and sweatshirt and was trying to get into a restricted area about five minutes before the first explosion, the lookout notice states.

Some-one had found a FB page set up several days ago reporting to be about the Boston Bombing...cue lots of false and suggestions it was a deliberate attempt to finally silence the Sandy Hook parents. Then reporting that the page had been taken down by the WhiteHouse. Cue more WH attempts to silence free speech or something equally idiotic.

While all this was going on, a programmer managed to look at the FB edits and discover that yes..the page had been created earlier in the week but a page owner can change the title once a page reaches 200 likes*. The original page had been about horse racing but had been re-named and a fake charity attached to it probably to data-mine people thinking they were supporting a real cause.

* I have no idea if you can do this since I don't have a FB page like that. But if you can change your profile name, I don't see why you can't change a FB page name.

I'm guessing that truth took the story down since it wasn't what they wanted to be on thier site.

Two deadly bombs exploded near the Boston Marathon finish line on Monday, killing at least three, injuring more than 130, and severing the limbs of a number of people, police and hospital officials say.

"It is a criminal investigation that is…a potential terrorist investigation," FBI special agent Rick DesLauriers said in a news conference.
Earlier, U.S President Barack Obama cautioned that "we still do not know who did this, or why. People shouldn't jump to conclusions before we have all the facts."

How terribly sad..I should imagine that we'll be hearing a lot more of this kind of tragic stories in the next few days.

I've stopped looking at some of my favourite poke-the-crazy sites since the batpoop pile is is totally insane.

been sick to my stomach since i saw this live yesterday - how can anyone stop this crap?
dreamy version get a bunch from every group of dingbats and show them the us and the rest

but that is never going to work on people determined to blow themselves up cause they
