You guys out East are killing me! All my stuff is still under huge amounts of snow.
Itsmewhoelse...make sure you take off the plastic bags once you have germination...you need air circulation amongst the seedlings to prevent fungus problems like damping off.
Go Jays,
Here are my daylilies...under the grow lights!

We still have quite a bit of snow (it snowed some more today), but our flower bed is south facing against our siding so it is already melting there. On the weekend I saw the first sprouts from red tulips. My vegetable garden plots are in the back yard and most of that is still under snow. I look forward to having green onions from my garden before I even have the chance to plant anything for the year.

So far, I see tulips making the fastest growth, with older peonies following. My lilies haven't popped up yet though. Do the oriental breeds like stargazers generally come up after daylilies or do they all come up around the same time? I'm worried mine haven't made it.
I still need to check the rose for growth, but same as many of you, the ground is very wet and I'm afraid of sinking up to my ankles in mud.
Anyone reseeding their grass?

Nothing here yet except the very tips of tulips and hyacinthes. The backyard is still frozen because it's half shade but I think by this weekend it will all be thawed out

By the way over the winter I started to regrow my veggies and I now have romaine , shallots and celery growing from the stems of the ones I bought a few weeks ago.
Ready to transplant them in to dirt in pots, still indoors of course. Cant wait to see how big they get.
They look like this (not mine in the pic but similar)

ShwaGirl, how does your lawn grow now? I recall you made a decision to feed it during a Nov. warm spell. You must have some nice "green" growing outside.
Front lawn at home is looking yellowish to brownish-green (from the winter, as we don't "feed" the lawn). Might take until May to get the perky green blades back out there.2021-Bring on the sunshine, sweets & online shopping.

Planted some zinnia seeds indoors that are just starting to peak out of the dirt. Grass is greening up quite well. I overseeded in Nov with the "slow grow" grass seeds. Its only supposed to require mowing 3-4 times a year..we'll see about that.
Crocuses are up, and tulips are on their way! I planted about 200 bulbs in the fall, then put some various annuals in the heated garage in front of the window to see how well they would do, and I think only the begonias died.
Cant wait for it to warm up just a bit more so I can clean up the yard.Do you want to buy and sell Bitcoin? Sign up for Ndax to buy and sell bitcoin in Canada. Other altcoins available on the platform too! Quick, simple and secure.!. Have a look around. https://one.ndax.io/bfQb65
