    Awesome, Vee - another item off the checklist! Are they bilingual?

    For our wedding, back in the dinosaur times, we wanted bilingual invitations, but gosh, what we had to go through to get them!

    1989 wasn't exactly as computer-friendly as it is now - my BIL did the mockup of the wording of the invitations - he was the only one we knew who had Ukrainian font on his computer since he did the church bulletin - so Ukrainian would be on the left inside, English on the right inside - we had to order a four fold invitation. Then it had to be sent electronically through a newspaper publisher I was working for, onto the invitation company. We had ordered only some response cards in Ukrainian only, others were English.

    Then when we got the invitations, the first character going down on each line was missing on the Ukrainian side, so we had to reorder - thankfully, there was plenty of time!

    Nowadays, doing multilanguage stuff is easy-peasy!

    That reminds me, anniversary coming up in a few weeks!

    The beach was wonderful Getting ready to go celebrate one of my friends finishing teachers college. She is amazing ::she went to university and teachers college all while having and raising 3 young kids and working full time!!! She is soooo amazing!!

    well busy and productive day here, front window frame repainted. WOW so much nicer looking. painted the pantry as well. working on prepping for the kitchen this weekend. its almost crazy how a little paint can make a home look so fresh.

    we are having a tradition Serbian Orthodox wedding in our church, there is wine, hand binding with a silk cloth, crowns, walking around the table 3 times and candles
    our wedding date is August 31 of next year

    Morning, everyone! Gorgeous day ahead, kids are safely home from Vegas and keeping our grandson home for a snuggle day with them today... I have an 11am wedding today, but the whole weekend off!

    Vee, how wonderful that you're observing your traditions on your wedding day....it's going to be so lovely!

    Hovercrafts on a golf course?! Just saw that on HLN ... Aren't they noisy? Lordy I have enough trouble concentrating as it us!
