Tonight I have a doctors appointment to make sure all is good with baby and that I can in fact leave for Mexico sunday. Since the appointment is at 4:15 pm I took out some spaghetti sauce that was frozen for a quick dinner when we get back.

Last night was left over lasagna, was not expecting to be eating alone and really did not feel like cooking for left overs it was. Simple and quick.

Cold day today! had soup for lunch, warmed the innards! For dinner tonight, i will be making Club Sandwiches with homemade round fries and small box of those frozen onion rings (am going to bake them). Plus i have some cauliflower and broccoli and some dip left from the other day. And still eating the apple pie from Giant Tiger! Geeze, i wish one of the kids would pop in for a few minutes so i can pawn off some leftover food!

The last few days were takeout Chinese food - just wanted totally different tastes from all the Thanksgiving dinners foods!
Tonight, I'm making homemade pizza - our fave kind with leftover baked ham - plus, I'm adding garlic sausage, onions, green peppers - and pineapple on a little one I'll make just for me, since I'm the only fan!

It is 7 and I still haven't cooked... so I think i will just open up a jar of my home canned turkey noodle soup and go with it (I do still have to add the noodles and cook them in the broth so it still counts for cooking right? LOL
