I think that was me, was it from Skinny Ms? I found it dry, will add more broth and/or cottage cheese puree next time. Glad you liked it!

I have nothing planned for dinner tonight,
I sure would be happy if I received a friendly invite,
Maybe roast chicken or maybe macaroni & cheese,
Leftover chili been in the fridge for days,
Fried Rice & peppers with a few strips of beef,
My kitchen needs a cook as I need some relief.

I still have leftover cottage cheese and a half package of frozen spinach, so I'm going to make another batch of this today for the freezer (adding more chicken broth and cottage cheese to it to make it moister).

For tonight's supper, sloppy joes with this recipe with ground turkey: http://allrecipes.com/Recipe/Neat-Sloppy-Joes/

I bought sirloin roast at Costco this morning, going to make one tomorrow that will feed us for a couple of days. DS does not like roast beef (can't believe I have a kid who doesn't like roast or steak), so he will have some sloppy joe leftovers. We will also make roast beef sandwiches with sauteed onions, mushrooms and cheese on those tasty triangle ciabatta buns from Costco for lunches.

I sometimes buy whole sirloin tip roasts at Costco and cut them into reasonable sizes for us (they're $35+ or so, but huge). Today they had packs of two smaller pieces that were a bit more per kg, but I thought that the smaller size made them worth it, I won't have to cut them.

We just finished snacking on Mann's Sugar Snap Peas (on sale at Sobeys).

For supper we are having perogies - first time from a special company in Regina that makes them. We are having it with Schneiders kaubasa sp?, boiled veggies, fried onion, and sour cream with a glass of milk. LO is going to enjoy this meal.

Sounds good. I made butter chicken a couple times here for myself. Too bad though that the indian restaurant closed. Their buffet was $9.99 and I thought really good. Timmins is hard to make places like that last sometimes because people around here don't know what they're missing.

Used my big boss oil less fryer to make meatloaf last night. Turned out nice and as my friend said I ate it like a burger lol. I put a cpl slices on an onion bun with lettuce, ketchup and thousand island dressing. I have a whole bunch left to eat tonight and I'll add carrots on the side.
