Friends wife(y)(s) saved me from certain starvation by means of movie night snacks!
Granola held together by honey with cashews, almonds and raisins
was the stuff I could identify.
Key lime pie with butter pecan ice cream.
Movies cost me $3 for blu-ray and all I had
to do was make popcorn...I'm doing this every week!@

Tossed a roast, potatoes, carrots and turnip in the slow cooker. Had a yummy dinner and leftovers for a couple lunches. Love easy dinners.

Tomorrow will be beef stew in the slow cooker on low. First time trying this. Here's hoping it is something as tasty as we had on Remembrance Day at our local legion. LO really liked it. Already cut up and browned the beef.
Ingredients: beef chunks, red onion chunks, carrot chunks, peeled potato chunks, gravy mix, dumplings added towards the end.Help me out with Swagbucks and we can both earn gift cards and PayPal money

Tonight I used the oven! (First time in two weeks there are no boxes on and around it!)
We had roasted potato wedges with Italian spices and garlic; spanikopita (M&M Meats - nice find in the freezer!); sauteed teriyaki sirloins (M&M) - first time done in a grill pan, they turned out great - and creamed corn.
Son was over, and took home enough for another meal for him. Well, except the spanikopita - they disappeared rather quickly!
Tomorrow's supper will be leftover chili, and I'll make some pasta to go with it.

Been ok for me so far but it is big. The size doesn't bother me and it has been easy to clean. Some people complain fries or other "fried" foods come out soggy. Everything I have made like fries and fried chicken have come out crispy and good. Some people have said it stopped working on them but you get defects in almost any product these days. 70% positive reviews though overall. I got it at walmart for $78.

doing a simple cod bake (fillets from NFLD!) cooked in a little milk..then layer flaked fish ,potato, onion, cheese, repeat and then add a bit more milk to the leftovers left in the pan from cooking the fish, pour it over everything, dot with butter and then bake for about an hour (or until the potatoes are done)

M&M peanut. I fed the peanuts to the squirrel and keep the candy-coated chocolate.
Stupid squirrel thinks he's winning.@
