Well today is my b-day and hubby took me out to Sunday Brunch. And tonight for dinner it was just plain old toast and PB.

Last night I made a beef stew since mom woke up and announced she was getting a cold. But only I ate Beef Stew, Mom had decided to make chicken soup for the week well I was cooking the stew so she had Chicken Soup, I had Beef Stew and we have left overs of both in the fridge for later in the week.

Just had tapioca. Seems every time I eat lately, I get a bad tummy ache and having to make many trips to the bathroom. Very strange

Happy Belated Birthday SnowFlakey!! hope you had a wonderful day! I've been MIA for a couple of days, people are so kind here with sharing I haven't had to cook for a couple of days. I'm home today so might make a pot of turkey soup as I have frozen leftovers from my turkey dinner...I have a bucket of salt meat too so I will be adding lots of that and then I can freeze the leftovers for later. Although my chest freezer quit, so I only have the top part of the fridge that is filling fast with drop off packages of cakes, cookies and many other goodies!!

Oh happy day-just got a coupon in the mail for a free family size Nasi Goreng dinner from our yummy but pricey local Sunterra market-value of 15.99. I think I know what we are having!
