Either Indian inspired Chile or Danish meatballs with potatoes of some kind and a salad.it just depends on what I feel like doing later. Oh and scones with whip cream and homemade jam. I made a double batch of them this morning

I got some haddock and mussels on sale today, so we had that for lunch. For supper we used one of my gift cards I won, went to Montana's. I'm glad DH and I split the big order of ribs...inputting into My Fitness Pal, I discovered the whole rack is 1700 calories, nearly my full day of food!

I wasn't that pleased with my haddock today. I'd like to have it fairly nice crust on it, anyone have advice for the rest of my haddock? Cooking on a nonstick griddle.

Fine dining courtesy of Sobey's tonight! 10.99 rotisserie chicken, macaroni salad, buns. I also had some cucumber slices. They make the best chicken!

Spaghetti and meatballs For years I fried the meatballs in a pan like my mom did until I learned they are way easier to make in the oven.
