Husband not home yet, he went to our son's shop to get a tire worked on.
So I made myself a big salad, may have a sandwich later.
Husband will have leftover meatballs, pasta, and veggies.

After having chicken fried rice for lunch, I came home to chicken and rice. Ah well, at least I didn't have to cook it.

I`m cooking a whole chicken in the convection cooker with stuffing (done in the oven), mashed potatoes, corn, and gravy. Someday I`ll have a convection oven and be able to do a turkey in it.

Domino's pizza. I bought an ECS card for discounts, fundraiser from the local high school. Bought one large pizza (Canadian) and cheese bread, get other large pizza free (bbq chicken). It was quite yummy and there are leftovers for tomorrow.

edit: I paid $23.xx for everything. I used a $15 free pre-paid credit card for most of the purchase.

Last night we ordered Pizza with Wedges and Chicken Poppers. Mom is working on a massive order for a first Bday party this weekend (115 hand decorated cookies, 75 cupcakes and a cake, all lady bug themed). But we have agreed from now on we meal plan, cook ahead and have to seriously cut back out eating out.

On that note I am away next week, I will be spending the week at our new location helping to train the new staff on our computer System and the daily ins and outs of working a Retail Counter position with our company. So I will be eating out all week as I will be in a hotel.

Tonight's dinner is a still a mystery all depends on how much access/space is available in the Kitchen but will have to be something homemade as no $$ for take out plus very few things here deliver (gotta love boonies living) and I am not going out.

Wow, le Piat D'or used to be my fave wine, tells you how long ago since I've had it, that they have dropped the 'le', lol!
The rest of your meal sounds fab!

I made baked chicken thighs over rice in mushroom sauce, with chopped green onions and cauliflower. I had some plain lettuce and dressing with mine.
