So that's why we should not stay away from our chatting groups for so long....... i have so many questions from all of you! @toban sorry to hear about your injuries and i hope your surgery goes well and you have an even better recovery from it. But may i know what happened? Why surgery? How did you get hurt? Why did you get hurt? When did you get hurt? Where did you get hurt?
@Lynn49 wow. Looks like you had an awesome time in Washington. And the pictures tell it too. Awesome pics! And i can see how much you appreciate war memorials and military stuff. Lol. Good thing you get to spend a lot of time seeing your favourite things.
and what did you say about your DD and her DH being on top 34 in Canada. Looks like a proud thing to tell everyone.

Natalka i feel so sorry for you when i read that you woke up at 2 or 3 in the morning. i hope you find a way to work things out, not getting enough sleep makes me so tired all day. I can't do anything, can't focus on things...! It's the worst thing for being productive but sounds like you still do a lot of jobs done even with that little sleep. Still better than me! Lol

And nothing new from me. I took a little nap in the evening and before i knew it it was no longer a "little" nap. 2 hours of very deep sleep! Now what am i going to do whole night?

Lol...I have no idea how to do quotes! So to answer your question, Amira, our DD is in the top 34 out of over 850 Wealth Managers with TDWaterhouse in Canada, so they're sending them and their long-suffering "house husbands" to Atlantis for a few days of R&R. But she does work 50-60+ hrs a week so like the other gals, they need a lot of support at home from their hubbies, esp from January to the end of March when they're barely ever home. I'm sure the guys work just as hard...lol!! But she really does love her work and the company...she says her blood runs TD green...lol!

So, my young friend, how does your garden grow?
We came home to no snow and it's gorgeous out there so .i'm going to take wee Jenny outside so that I can rake off the dead stuff from my tulips and hostas...they're being very brave, sticking their noses out from under that stuff, so I'm pretty certain they'll appreciate seeing more if the sun...as we ALL ARE!!

Kind of a slow day here. Don't want to do anything much for the rest of the day. Lol. It's just a lazy day for me. Boring and lazy and cold!

For the mention thing... lynn you have to put @ and write other person's screen name write after @ sign. A notification is sent to the other person that you have said something behind her back. Lol
And it's awesome that your DD works at TD warehouse. I see green cash!
But congratulations from me for your daughter. You must be very proud of her that she is in the top list of her company. It's every mother's dream about her kids!

Our garden is growing well but slowly. I decided to take pics and upload it here but when i saw the tiny plants started growing, i decided to hold my hand until they are just a little bit bigger. So that it looks even better at that time. I think you'll have to wait 1 more month.


And i haven't decided what to cook for dinner for today, and i haven't even thought about making my hubby's lunch fir his job. Time to get to work, i guess!

Well, for once, I WAS productive today, maybe for the first time in a year! I raked out our front bed where our tulips are up about 8" and removed some dead stuff! then raked it all into a pile and still felt pretty okay, so I thought I'd start on the lawn, just a few strokes, still felt okay, although I took a few rest stops, and continued until I got to our crabapple tree where the leaves were much heavier, so I quit. Now all my hubby has to do is bag it up! Lol! He was very pleasantly surprised and I felt so useful for a change! I won't mention the cake I baked. Forgot to put the baking powder in! Haha! We dumped it.

Well....time to what nonsense is on tv tonight.......hope you enjoyed your dinner...

She'll be 12 in August. And Quincy cat will be 9 in Oct. I can't remember life without them (& hope I don't have to for a looong while to come!).
