Last night was my VERY favorite meal. TACO NIGHT!! I love making them and I love eating them. I could live on tacos, popcorn and vodka and be perfectly content.



Tonight probably something simple, or take out because we have a repair man working in the kitchen from 5pm til he is done.

Son came over, so I made a big meal so he could take home leftovers.
Roasted herbed chicken, roasted carrots (oh, my they were SO awesome, wish I had had more carrots to have made more!), baked russets; for the men - sliced cucs and onions with sour cream, s+p; for me, with vinegar and sugar.

BBQ ribs and baked potatoes on the BBQ tonight. DH is going to cook it when I get home this afternoon.
