big but on his hand, huge bump on his head, in a neck brace and strapped to bed.
    what next?~!~

its raining here.. giving house a good cleaning so i can get more done in the week.
hope to pop in tomorrow to see him.

did groceries on friday. lots of 'good' stuff to snack on. im doing well.
hit a couple of huge garage sales yesterday.
going to attempt to make a couple of fairy gardens to sell.
need some plants. going to ask neighbour if i can 'shop' in her garden. she has lots of little plants.

anyway. enjoy the rest of your day..

Rec'd a phone call at noon from the guy that dh brought up to the moose camp for the weekend to see if they are interested in paying to hunt with dh & FIL - anyways dh is staying another day and will be home tomorrow as he wanted to get some stuff done.

Well I picked the rhubarb all 5 1/2 cups of it and make rhubarb crisp it was yummers, tart yet sweet a lovely mixture and a light dessert. Since the oven was going made a batch of muffins for lunches, will put 1/2 in the freezer for another day.

I have a whole chicken pulled from the freezer for tomorrows dinner

Going to pull the turkey from the freezer tomorrow and cook when thawed, I've looking on pinterest for some recipes to make something different.

Well back to pinterest, see you all later

I had the house all to myself!!!!!! Was nice and weird at the same time) So last nights dinner plan is for tonight since I was alone I treated myself to Chinese

Have eggs fried for the boys Egg mcmuffins the next few mornings. Oatmeal made for my breakfast. Eggs boiled for afternoon snack ( with yogurt and carrots this week ) each on own. Not together. Will make cookies and brownies after dinner for a treat and for boys lunch treats this week.

Oh, MrsS - that's awful treatment of your dad. Make sure you register a complaint there!

J&C - I'm SO jealous of you having rhubarb! I love rhubarb crisps and squares!

Sent husband shopping, so what we have for supper depends upon what meats he comes home with - and what the timing is by then - so for now it's up in the air.

Hope y'all are having a great aft!

Well after 3 hrs the house is clean-DH did the heavy stuff while I tidied, dusted, did laundry and ran to Co-op to pick up a couple of whole chickens for $1.99 lb. Will BBQ one tonight and freeze the other. DD will clean her bathroom when she gets home.

Dinner is totally prepped and ready to turn on bbq! Kitchen is clean and dinner dishes will go right in dishwasher. Was hoping to go for a bike ride after dinner if it doesn't rain.

Also got Bagels for 50% off at Zehrs and cream cheese for $1.50 at GT for some quick breakfasts for the kiddos during the week.

Then this afternoon had 2 pickups so $65 more into my selling crap jar

Listed a few more items and already have a few people interested

I need the $$ as DH is out buying birthday gifts for the girls (birthdays are coming up in Aug and Sept).

While waiting for pick-ups I baked 2 dozen pumpkin muffins. Now to finish cleaning up the house and make something for dinner lol.
