    Oh, Walks...she was a beautiful young woman. I can't imagine the pain her family and yours are going through; this will always be a difficult time of year. I'm so sorry for your family's loss. Too many young people slip through the cracks or are unable to find the kind of help they need; as Skippy said, "the system's broken" and I don't see it getting any better any time soon.

    I'm so sorry for your loss Walks. A young school mate of my kids took her life this past week too. I also have two adult children who have anxiety and depression. My son self medicates and my daughter is a cutter.

    Every morning I wake up and take my medication,followed now by another dose in the afternoon.Usually it works and keeps me in check.
    Some days are better than others,actually most are,but I dread the dark days of fall and winter.I'm fortunate to have found something that works.My heart breaks for those who are not as fortunate.
