Chicken wings didn't feel like cooking, I've been really not motivated to cook the last week (pre full moon)....yeah let's stick with that
2019 is the year that we continue to save before we buy!!!

I have ZERO interest in dinner planning tonight. I'm not really hungry and I have very little energ today but I know DH will be hungry and the poor guy has been playing nurse for me for the last 2 and a bit weeks and now he's working 6 days straight this week
.
I'll probably just roast the butternut squash I have and add it to the beet/kale salad from last night and figure out some kind of meat for DH.

Dh took me out yesterday. We went to a local Italian/Greek place and he had the ravioli and I had chicken soulvlaki.
MIL has made some dinner so DH will be picking it up tonight after work so it's going to be a surprise but a tasty one

Leftover fried chicken, and I just made a huge macaroni salad, loaded up with tons of veggies (a pain to cut them all teeny-tiny, though!).

Thinking tonight's dinner will be very simple. We have a meeting at work today which includes lunch which is Ham, Roast Beef, Potatoes and sides so I figure a light simple dinner is in order. I have a Salad in the fridge so thinking I will just have that with a Garlic Bun, but in all honesty I might drop the bun as I will probably still be stuffed
