Cut all into uniform chunks and pressure cooked up all the reduced trays of various steak ( some blade, some stew beef, some sirloin ) that I had purchased over a 5 week period and kept tossing them in the freezer. This time I pressure cooked the meat with tons of large chunk onions, some sodium reduced soya sauce and Raspberry Balsamic vinegar.

Once all that was tender I transferred the lot of it to my largest roast pan and added the cubed spuds and chunky cut carrots, simmered for a bit on the stove, adding 2 cartons of no salt added broth and 2 cans Franco American canned gravy ( evil canned gravy I love it! ) then I placed in the dumplings!!
This time I used my smallest ice cream scoop to place the dough in the stew and liquid so when they were cooked they were just the right size. I can see this being an all day meal here.
Have some for lunch AND dinner guys cuz I am not cooking anything else,

    ha ha

If you're pressure cooking, you've got to try making broth of your own instead of buying cartons. I just did some chicken broth this morning, had been saving up chicken bones in my freezer until I had enough. Then I freeze the broth in cubes.

Chicken thighs covered in accent tomatoes with lots of carrots, onions, green beans, cauliflower and Italian spices. Were going to have it with steamed rice and a tossed salad.

Arby's current deal (no coupon required) 4 beef and cheddar for $6 and we used a coupon for 2 can dine $9.99 (2 regular beef - didn't come with cheese, 2 curly fries and 2 med. drinks). Total approx. $17 including tax.
I rarely go to Arby's. I'd say it has been a year or so. Surprisingly, the sandwich and fries tasted good.
