Today is National Eat Beans Day & I know you'll all find this thrilling,
Many of you already have your 4 bean dip made & its in the fridge a'chilling',
Kidney Beans & Navy Beans, I'll bet your spoon is waiting,
We all know about the after effects of beans; that needs no translating,
Lima Beans & String Beans were ones I once refused to eat,
& if twittering was available back then, you would have seen my tweet,
Fava Beans are not really beans, but they contain phosphorous & protein,
But if you have Boston Baked or Pork & Beans, stick close to the latrine,
Adzyuki Beans are said to help with weight loss & can be served with rice,
Cannellini Beans are white & said to be the Kidney Beans long lost cousin,
& I wonder if a bean counter, counts their beans by the dozen?
We all have learned that wax beans are not really made of wax,
& have you ever played a game that uses beans instead of Jacks?
Garbanzo Beans & Green Beans can be served in a zingy salad,
& I don't think that Bean Jingle is the bestest ballad?
Jelly Beans & Mexican Jumping beans, sadly do not count,
Will you reveal your favourite bean, as we feel the tension mount,
Happy National Eat Beans Day & it is time to give a cheer,
Now off you go & have a swig of delicious 3 Bean Beer!

Not cooking tonight. Takeout from somewhere - I'm voting for Chinese, but we'll see...
Too hot. Kitchen in a mess, too hot to clean it up. On strike.

My fiancé and I had a pretty big fight last night, so he promised to cook a very romantic dinner, and we'll have a nice night in. will fill you in tomorrow about what he came up with.

BBQ Pulled Pork over mashed potatoes, weird I know but I prefer it over potatoes than put on a bun.

whatever's left at the bottom of the deep freeze
I can't profess to understand God's plan. Christ promised the resurrection of the dead. I just thought he had something a little different in mind.
