Thankful for my DH and kids all being home today. It rarely happens during the week with work/school/extra curricular activities. Today is a snow day here and we are all staying home.

Was home, visiting my mom this weekend. So I am feeling thankful for having such a great mom. Also feeling homesick. 30 years old, been living away from home for almost 10 years, and still get "homesick". Home is where my mom is. Always.

I'm thankful I have CAA. My car wouldn't start this morning, and has to be towed.

So thankful that my son is happy with how things are going after his first week back at school (third year apprentice mechanic), and he's realized how lucky he is that at the shop he's been working, he's been able to do a big variety of things. Others in his course haven't been exposed to a tenth as much.

I am so HAPPY that my son surprise me yesterday at 6pm by showing up from out of town. Thank God for our children as we love them so much. I only have one child and he means the world to me................................................ ..

March break here in Ontario this week....with the kids and grandson having to drive their poor little kitten to Toronto for surgery, though, it's not quite the relaxing weekend they had planned!
