Totally forgot to take out Chicken for dinner when the power came back on (didn't take it out earlier as was worried we might not get power back in time for dinner) So now dinner is
Baked Sausage (they were already defrosted)
Homemade Mac & Cheese

Was up super early so made Homemade Burgers for supper. Will serve the burgers with tossed salad and blueberry crisp. DH's favorite
Found a large bag of blueberries I picked last summer in the freezer. I have been doing a good job of using up items in the freezer. Sure saves money when I do this
The meals I've invented. LOL.
Organized the Pantry now off to clean out the fridge. Usually do this every Wednesday ( day before garbage day ) but was one of those weeks
Will get it ready for the week. Hope everyone is having a wonderful Sunday

Had to google toutons - yum - what do you use on top of yours!
Son over for supper tonight - last time he was here, he noticed something on the pantry shelf and asked Is that what I think it is? Yes, it was - jumbo pasta shells.
So tonight I made pyrohy shells, which he absolutely adores, and I don't make them often.
I made M&M Italian meatballs - hadn't gotten them before, and after I did them in the oven they were way too herby for our taste, so I made an onion, garlic, and mushroom sauce for them to go in, and that was def better - you could still taste the herbs, but they weren't so overpowering.
We also had a big salad with the above, GK dressing.
