No idea what that is - I tried an image search, but it only focused on the grass, not the object!

I'm just SO happy with this computer - not a single thing has gone awry; it's so fast, and I can do multiple tasks without it bogging down and me having to continually restart the browser. I didn't need anything fancy, just something which 'worked' - those of you who have had puter probs know what I mean!

^ realized the reason I wasn't on here yesterday was that I had been up all night Saturday, so my night/day was rather gross.

Yesterday was a better day, for sure.

Got a new computer yesterday, so hoping all will go well with things. Some new things to adapt to, that's for sure, because it's a big upgrade.
Milan spent hours and hours first saving all our stuff from the old, then all the work transferring to the new - then setting up things so they are very user-friendly for me.

Somewhat cooler this morning, only 12 out there right now.
Nat, I'm starting to have problems again. I couldn't get on all day yesterday. Very annoying.

Loocie could come here & do nothing but moan & complain,
But I am inviting the girls to join me on Ladies' Lane,
We can sit outside when the warmer weather arrives,
We can make blender drinks & talk about our lives,
We can watch the boys as they strut past us in their cut off shorts,
We can send them to the pub for darts & sports,
We can plant pretty flowers in our window boxes & cultivate herbs,
We can even paint daisies along our sidewalks & curbs,
We can have talent nights, bbq's & even dance-a-thons,
We can also play cards remembering that nothing's foregone,
All the while the boys are in the next trailer park,
& maybe we'll visit them an eyelash after dark.

Hey, my son has ingrained in me to do it weekly with the desktop, so I do it Saturdays.

But - he was around last week when I was using the tablet in the kitchen, and he asked how often I turn it off. I said, well, every time after I am done with it. He said, I just saw what you did, and you just put it to sleep (- that's how I had always done it). So he told me it's just like with the desktop, you need to really turn it off. Well, when you know better, you do better!

I know I'm supposed to do a full shut down for things to run at peak efficiency...I've had projects ongoing that required the computer stay on running programs over night...probably should have done a full shut down about a week ago...that's alright. Things up and running full speed now.

No if only my head phones hadn't have decided today was a good day to break, I'd be golden.
I'll spend a bit of time shopping around tonight for another set.
