Albacore Tuna from CVS in the States for .99 per can (or, I guess, about $1.30 CAD) DH was happy!

We were also able to pick up several packages of pork chops on sale at Food Basics on Wed. Night Before the prices changed. Starting to fill our freezer again.

Wanted to try it too but not when it was $2.99. I think they got too much so they are temporarily reducing the price. I think the price will go up again.
Thanks, Shwa Girl! Think I'll give it a try, while the price is right.

Walmart $1 produce clearance bag. 9 big juicy limes, 3 big oranges, 1 large grapefruit. Juiced limes and froze in ice cube trays...got 1 3/4 cups of juice. Only decent bag. They had 3 bags of cabbage outer leaves...I don't know who would buy that?.

went to the movies today and found out the Cineplex Great Escape Certificate (good for: 2 general admissions, 2 pops and 1 popcorn- I think these can be bought at Costco) does NOT expire ! Apparently it's standard practice! So I will never throw expired cineplex certificates away

I am getting sick so much but used all of my Pepsi coupons today; see coupon thread and free stuff from Shoppers and got points. Also had save $1 on milk coupon from Shoppers optimum so got milk under $4 hmmm.

But holy whats with sky-rocking chocolates price? Their Laracaster was also too expensive. I guess I will keep my sugar craving using Pepsi.

If you don't want to drink the Pepsi, there are other ways of using it up. Please test first before pouring:
8 Intelligent Uses for Pepsi (instead of drinking)

    1- Clean your Toilet
The acid in soda dissolves dirt, stains and lime. Remove the all the water you can, then add 2 liters of Pepsi. Leave for an hour.
    2- Clean your Oven
Add Pepsi to the oven tray and leave overnight. In the morning, rub it clean.
    3. Clean your Electric Kettle
Fill with Pepsi and boil. It removes all the patches.
    4. Clean Old Coins
Pepsi can make old coins look new again. It also adds a decorative shine.
    5. Insect Traps
To avoid wasps and other pesky insects, place a cup of Pepsi on the floor near the door.
    6. Rust Removal
Soak a cloth in Pepsi for a few hours; it will then work well to remove rust from nails.
    7-Clean your Jewelry
Clean your jewelry with a glass of Pepsi and a toothbrush. Note: not recommended for precious jewelry.
    8-Clean your Floor
If your bathroom floor is dirty, cover it with one can of Pepsi. Leave it for a few minutes, then clean the tiles as usual
