Tonight we had a combination of pork roast, KD, fresh strawberries, seedless green grapes, and milk for supper tonight.

Tomorrow I will be baking whole chicken legs, boiled fresh red potatoes with fresh dill, and boiled yellow string beans from my organic vegetable garden.

edit: the chicken, etc has just become today's lunch plan, leftovers of this for supper for Dh and our kids. I'm now going to be running the Legion's bingo canteen tonight, starts as soon as Dh gets home from work. My brother is also in town and requested that I make him lunch, which means that he will come for a visit. I'm hoping to bake dessert this morning too. Upon the request of our son, we baked my healthier monster cookie squares.

First time making stuffed peppers - except the peppers had owies I had to carve away, so they aren't whole nor even halves - they are maybe curved quarters, so I just lined the roaster with them, stuffed each as much as I could - we'll see how it all works out.
Will also make some penne pasta, to go with any residual sauce, and I just took dill garlic biscuits out of the oven.

Dessert - which we never have right after the meal but more of a late night snack - just baked chocolate chip muffins.

So the stuffed peppers turned out great - and the guys said they actually liked it better this way, that otherwise it would be too much green pepper. So YAY!
