Anyway, we found the same style he had last year at National Sports for $45. A decent price but not great. Beggars can't be choosers in our situation because he's at an in-between size right now - too big for kids shoes, not big enough for men's sizes. Anyhoo, dropped into Canadian Tire for something completely unrelated and spotted the clearance table at the front door--- FILLED with his exact shoe from last year marked down to $20! Hopefully the ones I chose for him fit.

Blue Friday specials at Safeway/Sobeys continue to be good to me. Stocked up on BD cheese, Kraft Shredded Cheese, Chicken Wings, Rye Bread, Water, Oranges and a few other things. Made 2 trips, so that I could get the spend $95 get 95 airmiles bonus both times. Spent $186.31 in total (+$6 in coupons) for both trips, and earned 867 airmiles worth $120.00 travel dollars to me.
