@Lynn49 yup usually end up on the couch, but after coffee with my buds, I ended up coming home and gone for a nap for a hour, and here I am... They want me to go for a blood flow test in my foot. Lately it has been extremely cold and red in color. Well probably won't be back tonight, cuz my SENS are playing tonight... Hope YOU all have a GREAT evening... and I'll see YOU tomorrow...

I tried a "sandwich and soup" thing at Timmies today. I left half the soup as it was WAY too salty.
I don't cook with salt any more. May add a bit here and there but whew! Couldn't finish theirs.

I am going to Stratford tomorrow to celebrate a couple of birthdays with friends. I actually bought them both little stone bracelets at Wellspring today. I signed up to start with a grief support group and I am going to get out there for some Reiki. They have some very "healing" kinds of groups that I am hoping to take advantage of.
Time to let the lids close and hook up the breathing machine(in the reverse order!)

Avon yeah I'm trying, it is very small though. But for $500 it includes hydro, cable and net. The net is so slow though I got my own which is 10 times faster than using the landlords lol. I had the perfect pairings at timmies a few days ago but I usually don't eat soup so took the loaded potato wedges. Cheese and chlli on top of their wedges. I liked it but someone might think it had too much salt. I have a salty palate so might not have noticed.

Good morning! Well, it's an all-nighter, gah...

So, some interesting tastes to report - husband picked up some groceries and supper after work. I had asked him to get raspberries, since I had had some raspberry juice and it tasted really good to have a tart taste again.
I eagerly pop one berry in my mouth, eagerly awaiting that sourness - and, nothing. Absolutely nothing.
Tried another one, maybe less ripe. No taste!
Had my husband try one (he doesn't like them because he doesn't like sour stuff), says it tastes like a normal raspberry. Have him try another - same thing.
Geeez, so odd!

Good news was that I could smell and taste the chicken for supper, could taste the herby seasoning on the potatoes, the sharpness of the coleslaw - so that's all great - not totally as it should be, but it's there.
