Good Morning Kids... Yup yesterday was getting the right temps, but now we are back in the deep freeze. Well off to physio in a few hours... Then I will have coffee with my Buddies in town while I am there... By then the pain from physio will be settling in, so will be home on the couch the rest of the day... Hope YOU all have a wonderful day.. and may all your wishes and dreams come true for YOU today!
Cheers Everyone...

@Redneck Charger, glad to hear you're mending well my friends. Have a good time with the fellas over coffee.
Morning fam,
Another cold one out today.
Been such a busy week...at least we're over that hump, and the weekend is in our sights!
Have a great day everyone.
Time for a cup...and then to the papers!

Morning Folks!
Well, 11:30 pm walk means 9:00 wake up. I can handle that!
Charger- good luck with physio! Do they know you're hurting after? Maybe they could adjust things.
Don't know the temp here yet but the pooch is getting a cut so I'll have to make sure she's got her warm coat on for afterwards.
Aim to get some paperwork and thank-you cards sent today. Sent the Valentine's cards off to the States the other day. Hope they get there in time! Our poor little grand-daughter keeps asking to "call Opa". She used to talk with him on the phone all the time. My heart breaks for her mum.
I am going to seek out some grief counselling. It's a tough road ahead but others face the same challenge.
Well better get moving- the "to do" list doesn't seem to get whittled away.
Where is our Natalka? I am worried about her.

Good morning, everyone!
A freezing day up here, -14, but at least it's sunny, so that helps.
@avoncallingu , I have taken your advice and have a call in to an acupuncturist/massage therapist here to get some relief from this sciatic or pinched nerve(s) in my back...I can't stand it any longer. Fingers crossed something will help, it's been off and on for about a month now.
@22hicks , I think you, too, suggested I seek help with this, so thank you for another kick in the rear I needed to stop fighting my way through this and get some help.
@Redneck Charger , ain't it the truth that as much as physio helps, it sure doesn't feel that way just after an appointment! Those appointments usually sent me to the sofa for the rest of the day. I hope it's all helping you recover quickly, Hon.
Take care, everyone and have a lovely Thursday!!

Oh, Lynn, hope springs eternal even for me on a frigid day like this - but temps will warm up quite a bit in the next few days.
So I'm better but not well. I stopped popping by here because I seemed to just list the litany of what was wrong with me, and that sickened even me!
To those of you healing owies, wishing you all the best with treatment!
My sciatica reared its ugly head three days ago, but unfortunately my personal masseur had really tough days at work, so I never got him to help me. However, overnight it got really bad so I had trouble hobbling around so he gave me a good massage this morning before he went to work, so I'm movable.
Poor man didn't get home from work until after 9 p.m. yesterday - I had talked to him around five, and then he thought he'd only be a few more hours. A security door was broken at one of the buildings and he couldn't leave until it was fixed - and yet, no parts stores open, so he had to create anything needed to fix it. And it was an outside door, so it meant being out in the minus gazillion temp, too - he was just a popsicle when he came home.
Have a great day, everyone!
