Hello, everyone!

I'll be taking a break from this site for a while.....right now I can't give Likes, can't open any of my Notifications, can't double-space which means that my posts all look like run-on sentences, can't use the 'smilies" above (a film covers the
entire page and freezes it completely), can't respond with the quote from another post..... so I might as well call it a day. It's no fun, and far too frustrating. Some of you have my email, so that's the best way to reach me. So toodles for now, have a lovely day, week....

Just finished watching a the latest episode of Amazing Hotels: Life Beyond the Lobby - this week it was the Fogo Island Inn on Fogo Island, Newfoundland. Simply amazing place, but so sad that the population is not growing. Really applaud those who are doing the effort to make the Inn a success!!

Sadly cannot view your attachment - get an error when clicking on it. Also starting to see issues more and more ... site is slowing down, Liking is sometimes not working or have to refresh the page to see it took effect. I click on a smiley and it does not happen .. sigh ... :head scratch:

Lynn hope any issues don't drive you away. I'm sure they'll fix things but it'll take a while though. I know a guy that runs a forum here in Timmins. He tried to do an update and accidentally erased his whole site instead lol. Anyway what a day and was nice I could get out a bit. Went to get sushi but I feel weird there because the person that usually serves me is the one that didn't hire me a couple months ago lol. Went to walmart and what I had thought would cost about $140 worth of food and clothes only came to $68. I thought to myself well maybe some of the clothes were marked down and I didn't notice but once on the bus I noticed 3 pieces of clothing missing from my receipt. Then on the bus home a little girl probably 3-4 years old was trying to grab cookies from a bag her mom was holding. her mom says no, you need to wait till we get home. The girl tried to grab again and then says you hurt my hand, you're mean then she called her mom an asshole lol. Then the mom says well now you're not getting cookies even at home. The girl in a real innocent lilting voice says, but why mommy. Because you said a really bad word and that's not nice. When I got home I found the mattress I ordered sitting in front of my room door. I unwrapped it but now it takes 2-3 days to fully decompress.
